Winter Inspection Services performs property inspections by combining the State of Florida Standards of practice with the inspection provisions found in most standard real estate contracts. Wood Destroying Organisms
A termite inspection is recommended for most properties.
Wind Mitigation
Insurance companies usually require this inspection at the time you purchase your home.
4 Point Insurance Inspections
Usually for older homes. Check with your insurance agent to see if this is required.
Seawall Inspections
Always a good investment, especially on older properties.
Septic Tank Inspections
Not required but something to consider on older properties.
Sewer Line Video Inspections
Done with a video camera. Something to think about if your home is older and has cast iron piping.
Elevator Inspections
Can be performed for residential or commercial properties.
Phase I Environmental Inspections
Mainly for commercial properties.
