Commercial
Winter Inspection Services has inspected thousands of commercial properties throughout the State of Florida over the last 25 years. The sole scope of a commercial property inspection is to determine what systems, components and appliances aren’t in working condition, watertight and structurally sound.
All commercial inspections are overseen by Jeffrey Winter, who has been a State of Florida general contractor (CGC-034786) since 1985. All of the commercial properties below were inspected by Winter Inspection Services. Under Jeffrey’s direction, Winter Inspection Services has experience in inspecting the following different types of commercial properties:

Our commercial reporting system is a computer generated report that incorporates the inspection provisions found in most standard commercial real estate sales contracts, which will include, but may not be limited to:
Roof Systems | Exterior Walls |
Major Non-leased Appliances | Electrical Systems |
HVAC Systems | Plumbing Systems |
Sewer/Septic/Well Systems | Swimming Pool and Equipment |
Parking lot & Perimeter Fences | Seawall & Retaining Structures |
All of the above systems, components and appliances have to be in working condition, watertight and structurally sound as agreed upon in most standard real estate contracts. Working condition is defined in most real estate contracts as “operating in the manner in which the item was designed to operate”. The Merriam Webster dictionary defines watertight as “of such tight construction or fit as to be impermeable to water”. Winter Inspection Services can’t determine the structural soundness of a building, but we can make structural observations and recommend further evaluation by a Florida licensed structural engineer whenever, in our opinion, is needed.
